Word to GM about food sanitation from a former Starbucks supervisor, have a set of carafes to rotate through instead of refilling the already room temperature carafes with dairy. However, I wanted to commend you (older gentleman who seemed like gm) for running a nice shift and being positive towards your staff with verbal encouragement.
